A new publication called the "Best Bargains in Golf" awards Upper Canada a spot in the top five "budget-friendly" courses in Eastern Ontario. The book, written by lawyer and golf devotee Ted Wilson, lists more than 1,250 budget-friendly courses in Canada and the U.S. This guide also flags Upper Canada as a must play golf course and states that the course is very pretty and is considered by many to be #1 in Eastern Ontario.
